Reconstruction of the SEP residential building and improvement of the adjacent territory in Iecava. After its reconstruction, the building is intended for Balticovo employees. After completion, the building will be able to accommodate about 120 people. The total cost of the project is estimated at more than two million euros.
The reconstruction works include the dismantling of the balcony's self-supporting walls and the construction of new walls, the dismantling of internal partitions and the construction of new walls, the insulation of the building, and the construction of windows and doors.
It is also planned to improve the surrounding area - to install bicycle racks, benches, trash cans, industrially produced garbage container shelters, decorative greenery, a parking lot, a roadway and pedestrian paths, as well as a children's playground with a slide, swings and a sandbox.
All construction work is scheduled to be completed in April 2026.
