The SEP team provided full-cycle design services for the new industrial complex VGP Park Dreiliņi – from the master plan, construction project development to the land consolidation project and author's supervision.
The project involves the construction of three modern warehouse buildings (A – 15,344 m², B – 5,895 m², C – 10,899 m²) with integrated two-story office spaces, as well as all necessary supporting infrastructure: access roads, utilities, security solutions and fire safety systems.
The design was carried out in accordance with the VGP technical construction requirements, BREEAM Excellent and EU Taxonomy standards, ensuring both environmental sustainability and technical quality. Project documentation and coordination took place through the Latvian Construction Information System (BIS).
